How Does Whole30 For Women Works?

Eliminate certain types of foods from your diet isn’t a new concept, and Whole30 won’t be the first diet to do that. In fact, a lot of diets such as Paleo and Mediterranean diets which exist before Whole30 try to eliminate certain foods.

You need to eat lots of vegetables and natural fats such as macadamia nuts, avocados, and olive oil. You also need to get a moderate amount of protein from eggs, seafood, and meat. This means each food should have minimal ingredients.
